Requirements during Reservation

Step 1 – Inquire

Step 2 – Site Visit

Step 3: Reservation Process

Once you decide, fill up Buyer’s Information Form and pay the reservation fee. Your payment guarantees the unit is yours for 30 – 45 days.

Step 4 – Down Payment Period

Pay your 1st down payment within 30 days after you reserve. Follow the monthly payment schedule given to you during reservation.

Step 5: Bank or Inhouse Amortization

After paying the full down payment, your loan will be process with the bank. Once your loan is approved, you’ll sign Bank documents, then your monthly amortization with the Bank will start after one month.

Step 6: Loan Process & Requirements

The developer will process your loan during down payment period. Therefore, it is important that all required documents are submitted within 60 days. There are no bank and hidden charges, no move-in fees. No Broker’s fee.

Step 7: House Inspection

After full down payment is paid and your loan is takeout by the bank, you will receive notification for the house inspection and schedule. We guarantee you of our assistance in your inspection period.

 

Step 8: House Turnover & Move-In

After inspection process, you can now accept the house and bring-in your things and belongings.
